Draft Protocol
The coaches draft protocol is a set of procedures outlined for coaches and assistant coaches to better understand how the draft works. This document will guide you through the draft process and answer most of your questions prior to coming to the draft. The draft can be one of the most exciting, and fun, parts of ball hockey for coaches and a great way to kick off the season. So take a few minutes and read over the policy to ensure you know how it flows, and if you have any questions, please reach out to our Head of Coaches at headcoach@vbha.com.
