Criminal Records Check (CRC)
All Head Coaches are required to have their CRC completed prior to the start of the season or unfortunately they will not be allowed to be on the bench until it is completed.
Criminal Record Checks:
VBHA is excited to announce that Criminal Record Checks can now be completed online within minutes & there is no fee even if you live outside of Langley City/Township area.
To complete your Criminal Records Check, please use the following information.

*** If you run into complications using the online system ***
Occaisionally there are complications with using the online system. If that happens to you, please bring 2 pieces of id to your local police detachment and they will be able to process a CRC application with you in person.
If you print out the one from the online system to complete, there are several other steps that must be done. Please do the following:
- This form must be reviewed and signed off on by the President of VBHA. (You will need to provide proof of your identity)
- Then email the form to crcsubmissions@gov.bc.ca
- The form must be sent in a PDF format
- And the subject line of the email must be the name of the applicant and date of birth
- As an alternate option, the form can be faxed to 250-953-0408
The completed CRC will be mailed back to Valley Ball Hockey in 3-4 weeks.
