Please be advised, that as a result of the Abbotsford District being new
to our league, weekly travel to Langley will be required for the 2011
season.

 | A $25.00 administration fee will be subtracted from your refund
if the request is made AFTER team drafts. NO REFUNDS after
league play commences

or more siblings when ALL players are registered on the same

| Our league policy states that we cannot accept requests to place
players on specific teams, nor can we accept requests to place
specific players together on teams. This includes reasons of
Transportation/Carpools.

| Please make cheque payable to VBHA.

| NSF cheque charges will be charged back to the
parent/player. Players will not be eligible to play until registration
is paid in full. |
